Our Wheel Alignment Training can be carried out anywhere within Australia at any location, to suit your needs.
Our onsite training in wheel alignment is carried out at your premise to maximise your staff's ability to be trained specifically on the equipment that they will be using. This also gives the opportunity to evaluate your wheel alignment setup and make positive suggestions on how to best improve the outcome of wheel alignments within your workshop.
We are also able to carry out staff skills audits if you are unsure of staff members true capabilities.
We conduct different levels of wheel alignment training at our training venue in Brisbane.
Level 1 Wheel Alignment Training comprises of the Basics in:
- Wheel Alignment Theory / Principles
- Inspection of Steering & Suspension Systems
- Operation of Wheel Alignment equipment
- Adjustment of Caster, Camber, TOE
Level 2 Wheel Alignment Training comprises of advanced topics of:
- Wheel Alignment Theory / Principles
- Understanding & Diagnosing Angles eg. Set Back,Thrust, KPI and height settings
- Carry Out: Caster / Camber, Toe Adjustments, Multiple Angle Adjustments
Level 3 Wheel Alignment Training varies depending to prior experience:
For experienced staff, who would like to directly apply for the nationally recognised qualification of AUR20705 - Cert II in Automotive Mechanical or a statement of attainment in the single competency AURT 217108A – Carry Out Wheel Alignment Operations this is the level to apply for. For current students, who have completed prior training and feel competent to begin testing this level is relevant to you also.
